The Accommodation

The house has been recently refurbished and is equipped with colour TV including Sky Freeview, DVD player, audio system, duel fuel cooker, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and general smaller household appliances.

Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided, but not beach towels.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower over bath,

w.c. and washbasin

The Accommodation sleeps 6.

The garden of Number 18, which is set in the front row of Kingsley Cove, has uninterrupted views, over the "green" and the sand dunes, on to the sea. The sunsets from the garden are spectacular.

An outdoor table and chairs are provided.

Number 18 is quite literally a minutes' walk from the Blue Flag beach of Porthtowan.

It is ideal for swimmers and surfers alike and because it is patrolled, it is an ideal family beach.

Footpaths lead up either side of the cliffs with stunning coastal walks to Chapel Porth from the right and to Portreath from the left, further, if you feel energetic.

It's just a short stroll to all the local amenities (Post Office, Village Store, Surf Shops, Art Gallery, Hair Dresser, and local pubs)
